We have five practices – Strategy, Sourcing, Technology and Architecture, Transformation and Service Integration & Operational Excellence – dedicated to harvesting IP from client engagements, fresh thought leadership and new and updated methodologies.

These centres of excellence have become an invaluable resource for our entire team, sharing everything from example deliverables to innovative concepts.

We ensure all our consultants keep up to date with the latest thinking on emerging technologies at our bi-monthly ‘Knowledge Share’ sessions, where our subject experts pass on their knowledge so we can all bring relevant, up-to-date information to client engagements.

As members of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) and Global Sourcing Association (GSA), consultants are encouraged to take advantage of the training and networking opportunities that are offered.
