Consultant: Treasury Management (UK)

The corporate client department of Zanders serves as a trusted adviser to many large multi-national corporations around the world. Zanders UK has established itself as a recognized specialist in treasury management. Because of our successful growth and large number of client engagements, we are recruiting a Consultant for our corporates treasury and treasury technology team.

Your role

We are looking for a talented individual, with a minimum of one year’s work experience in a treasury function or in consulting, and who has an active interest in global treasury, finance and financial technology transformation.

Skills to be successful

• Interested in developing a career in the finance and financial technology space with a specialization in treasury
• Work experience of one year or more in a relevant job such as a treasury department or consultancy
• Experienced within cash management, cash pooling, liquidity planning, in-house cash and payment factory
• Motivated when working on projects, with deadlines, change management and a systems/process focus
• Ability to inspire and open up dialogue with colleagues and clients
• An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset
• Enjoy challenging problems and thinking towards solutions – creative and analytically strong
• Ambition to carry out further education such as CFA, FRM and financial systems training
• Drawn to a profession in consulting that involves specialization, emotional intelligence and relationship management
• A particular interest in consulting in the area of corporate treasury management
• Excellent communication skills and an interest to build a network of contacts
• Bachelor or Masters in for example Finance or Economics or a combination of Technology and Finance or Economics
• Willingness to travel
