As a consultant at Anderson MacGyver you have a natural drive to deliver added value for the customer in the field of strategy and policy, organization design, fit-for-purpose technologies. You’re ambitious, enthusiastic and you have a high sense of responsibility. You like to work together in teams and want to learn from each other. You are able to translate theoretical concepts and models to pragmatic advices within the context of our customers and you have the ability to work multiple assignments at the same time.

Vacancy senior consultant

For the position of senior consultant we ask:

• University level way of working and thinking
• More than 8 years of work experience in Business, Technology or Data
• The ability to quickly switch among strategic, tactical, and operational level
• Proficient stakeholder management
• Program management and experience with guiding Junior and Medior Consultants
• An inspirator and specialist in the requested focus areas
• Account management and expansion of the customer portfolio
• Bringing an active network is an advantage
• Excellent English language skills
• Other required language skills:
• Dutch for our location in the Netherlands
• Swedish for our location in the Nordics
