
HR Business Partner
Anderson MacGyver is looking for a talented HR Business partner with a hands-on mentality who brings experience in the field of recruitment and HRD. With your excellent understanding of HR processes, procedures and the HR life cycle, you help us with our international growth ambition.
All HR related topics will be part of your work: recruitment, onboarding, alignment of the organizational design with the business strategy, performance & talent management, learning and development, etc. You like to work independently but will also monitor the team feeling within Anderson MacGyver, as you are an ambassador for our core values: family, passionate, authentic and impactful. Help is provided by the office manager in planning training sessions and tracking the absenteeism.
You’ll work in our head office in IJsselstein and will advise the locations in Düsseldorf and Stockholm.

- You have a University level way of working and thinking;
- You have more than 3 years of relevant work experience in a commercial organization;
- You are enthusiastic, enterprising and entrepreneurial;
- You have Excellent communication and advisory skills;

- You combine a “just do it” mentality with working on long-term goals and continuous improvements;
- You have experience in IT-based HR processes;
- You are eager to learn, reliable, quality-oriented and have a customer-oriented attitude;
- Facts and data are your favorite bases for all your work;
- You have excellent Dutch and English language skills, German is a plus;
- You have up-to-date knowledge of the Dutch Labor Law;
- Some knowledge of German en Swedish Labor law is a plus;
- Available for 32 – 40 hours per week
