Our headquarters is located in the Netherlands and we are now growing our German team based in Düsseldorf. Our success originates from a team of passionate professionals. We collaborate with our clients, we are pragmatic and authentic, and leverage on our IP, concepts and approaches.

• University level way of working and thinking
• More than 8 years of work experience in Business and Technology or Data
• A deep understanding of the intersection between business and IT
• Knowhow on influencing stakeholders and intervening in possible conflicts as a result of the changes being implemented
• You like to inspire, motivate, and continuously challenge your environment, developing yourself and others
• You have the ability to provide constructive and valuable feedback due to your knowledge and experience
• You like working in teams, delivering value for clients and you understand the value of having and contributing to our extensive intellectual property
• You are a strategic thinker and have an analytical mindset
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit and appreciate non-bureaucratic workflows
• Bringing an active network is an advantage
• You are fluent in English and German
