The role
As a Director within Client Services, you will have a unique opportunity to manage and develop a practice with a high performing team of experienced business professionals and entrepreneurs. You will play a key role in shaping the future of the company and have an impact on the market by launching innovative offerings and delivering outstanding projects.
What you should enjoy doing:
- Managing client service / project delivery for global Life Sciences companies in the Europe.
- Leading both large-scale and smaller project teams that include independent consultants and client team members over extended time periods with involvement across all phases of the project.
- Stepping in as a problem solver to effectively resolve issues and keep projects running on time and on budget.
- Managing and growing relationships with key stakeholders of projects.
- Providing comprehensive solutions and develop compelling proposals for business challenges for our clients, particularly related to productivity, operational excellence, transformation, implementation and change management.
- Partnering with the Account and Business Development team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service and to align on extension opportunities.
- Being creative and innovative when it comes to expanding service offerings and solutions.
- Contributing to the development of a fast-growing organization and scaling of internal functions.
What we look for
- You’ve been consulting with Life Sciences businesses for at least 8 years and have worked for a leading Management Consulting firm.
- You are an experienced project manager, delivering successful projects in Commercial, Implementation, Productivity, Procurement, Tech Ops, R&D or PMO.
- You have a bias for execution, clients' success and a "hands-on" approach to get things done and make a demonstrable impact on projects.
- You have a talent for synthesizing complex topics and explaining them in easily-understood terms to a variety of stakeholders.
- You have excellent communication and listening skills combined with the ability to know when to add relevant value to discussions based on a particular audience.
- You have the entrepreneurial enthusiasm to help build a cutting-edge business and change the way companies do project work.
- You have a contagious passion combined with demonstrated leadership in motivating people.
