The role

The Salesforce/FinancialForce System Administrator is responsible for the core system architecture and for providing support to these systems’ users. The person is expected to maintain the functional integrity of the platform and configure the associated systems in line with industry best practices. The Administrator will collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to align the systems to the business’s strategic objectives as well as providing them with intelligent dashboards and reports to enable strategic business decisions. Furthermore, the person is responsible for data cleansing and the management of processes to ensure data integrity across the organization. The Administrator will also support the super-users in each region and business function to carry out their work efficiently and effectively.

The position will be based in Berlin or London with a partial remote working setup.

What you should enjoy doing

• Provide consistent administration and support of the Salesforce, FinancialForce, Pardot, and other systems, including managing user setup, roles, and customization of objects
• Explore in collaboration with Business Process Analytics the automation of processes, identifying those that benefit the organization’s resources and provide scale
• Configuration of the Salesforce/FinancialForce org
• Create and update bespoke reports and dashboards integral to enable strategic business decisions
• Gather requirements from the business and support converting them to a technical roadmap for the platform
• Create and deliver training to users in the organization for the Salesforce, FinancialForce, and Pardot applications
• Work closely with the sales and marketing, client service, talent, finance, and HR teams to build a strong understanding of where improvements need to be made to gain approval to make updates to the system
• You will be in charge of the end-to-end configuration and change management of the system when improvements are implemented

What we look for

• Strong capabilities with Salesforce/FinancialForce and knowledge of Salesforce/FinancialForce best practice configuration, including reporting and gathering management information from the system (i.e. Salesforce Administrator Certified)
• Experience working with Marketing Automation (i.e. Pardot) and Business Analytics tools (i.e. Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM)
• Experience in working autonomously and partnering with different departments
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
