The role

We are a dynamic and multinational company and live a hands-on and can-do mentality. In the 10 years since our founding, we have been growing every year. In order to further expand, we are enlarging our People team (i.e., Talent Acquisition, HR, People Development) and are seeking an experienced HR Manager who can help us professionalize our HR operations. 

This role is based in Zug.

What you should enjoy doing

Working directly with the Head of People, you take charge of our HR operations and act as the HR Manager for our different entities across the globe; including:

• You partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure flawless onboarding processes
• You manage mobility matters and partner up cross-functionally to ensure compliance for work permits as well as withholding tax declarations
• You keep our HR management guidelines up to date
• You are responsible for absence management
• You lead reviews of our health and pension plans, conduct market research for new opportunities, negotiate with providers and implement new plans when relevant, and train the team on offered benefits
• You support the Head of People in the performance reviews and any other future HR projects

Outlook for future role expansion: If interested, you can take over payroll activities and liaise with our external payroll providers.

What we look for

• You have a minimum of 5+ years of experience within HR, partnering with stakeholders across all levels, and preferably within an international and dynamic environment
• You have experience working with Swiss labor law (knowledge of German, UK and/or US labor law an advantage)
• You are a self-starter with a strong ability to prioritize, drive initiatives, and quickly learn new procedures and processes. You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail as well as the ability to deliver high-quality outputs under deadline pressure
• You have a degree in Human Resources (HR), Eidgenössischer Fachausweis Personalwesen or equivalent
• Fluent in English and German
