Your role

You will engage with our international clients to enable a successful company transformation. From the start, you will be involved at all phases of a project. You facilitate the client to come to strategic decisions and by delivering long lasting outcomes.

With the team, you lead the client through that adventure - all the way. True challenges will require your full potential, enable strong personal growth and develop life changing skills.

We help our client by building the right processes, co-develop the teams, leadership and ways of working needed to deliver concrete results. Our work impacts the core of the client's business model. Your engagement and building a long term relationship with the client is key to deliver that.

What is required?

• Master’s degree
• English - perfect in speaking & writing • Dutch - perfect in speaking & writing • Driver’s license
