Being part of a transformation

As Bolster student you have the opportunity to work in a disruptive change management organization.

You will support the consultants of Bolster in their work by preparing client meetings, making sure everything looks razor sharp and work can be delivered at high quality. You make sure the internal or external working area is fully prepared. During meetings make the guests feel at home. After the meetings you help the consultants to deliver the right output to the client.

By being a Bolster Student you are involved in the full cycle of our client interaction and transformation work.

What can you expect

• Being coached on your personal themes to grow your personal development.
• Supporting the Bolster consultants on various change programs.
• Creating a WOW effect for the client by being a hostess and taking good care of our guests. • Learn the change methodology created by Bolster.
• Ensure the Bolster office looks good and feels like home.
• Support the Bolster office.

Who are you?

• You’re intelligent;
• You have a demonstrable quick learning curve;
• You’re assertive, have the courage to step up;
• You are able to keep overview and organize yourself;
• You’re a team player;
• You have a positive mindset;
• You are open to develop yourself and like to reflect on your own actions
• You are available for a minimum of 2 days a week
• You are a Master Student with relevant experience
