You will be

Joining one of the fastest growing consultancies in Europe.

We are on a growth journey to rapidly expand our presence on the Swedish market and are looking for experienced management consultants for our offices in Stockholm and Gothenburg to join us on this mission.

Experience

  • +7 years of experience
  • A relevant master’s degree

Can you say yes to the following?

  • +7 years of experience as a management consultant and/or a similar role within another industry
  • A relevant master’s degree
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: strategy execution, organisational development, supply chain, process development and digital transformation
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in leading large-scale transformation programmes
  • Well established network with a proven track record of sales and the ability to drive sales activities from identification to closure
  • Motivated and intrigued by the opportunity of being part of shaping Valcon’s future organisation and business in Sweden
  • Possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills and are able to interact with stakeholders at all levels of seniority in client organisations
  • A great sense of humour and value a joyful and positive work environment
