Manager for Post-Merger Integration at Corporate M&A in Europe, Middle East & Africa

• M&A Integration Advisor to PwC - As a member of the Corporate M&A team, you will work on M&A Integration projects for PwC in the EMEA region. You will work closely with shareholders and management of potential acquisition targets, as well as PwC's business unit leaders, to think through, execute and evaluate the most suitable integration approaches.
• Exposure to PwC’s Management and Growing Business Units - You will help PwC grow and thereby create a senior network within PwC, with its advisors, and with other professional services firms. Your advice will influence PwC’s market share, profitability, and return on investment.
• International Projects - You will work internationally with PwC network firms and potential acquisition targets in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The team language is English.
• Integration - Coordinate growing business units, corporate functions (e.g. legal, human capital, finance, IT, marketing), and advisors (e.g. valuation, due diligence, purchase agreement), from sounding growth areas to integrating the companies acquired. Working with all PwC stakeholders to realize our integration programmes, including integration strategy definition, target operating design, value creation (synergy) assessment, integration planning (Day 1 - 100) and execution.
• Value creation - Identify and evaluate opportunities to maximize the value for PwC’s acquisitions. Collaborate with our team to build and share knowledge, support the continuous development of our best practices, and bring relevant new ideas.
• Project Management - Ensuring, across all our M&A Integration projects, that PwC focuses on the right things at the right time in their M&A Integration projects with a hands-on contribution and deep-level engagement with all workstreams.
