Doing

As an HR Consultant you help our (international) clients with HR consultancy and implementation projects
You realize established project goals together with the customer in the role of project manager
Through your knowledge and skills in the field of HR and organizational change you contribute to the success of the customer

You are/have…

• Passionate about HR Consulting
• In the possession of college/university degree
• You have 3-7 years of relevant work experience as a consultant and/or project manager
• You master the English language (both verbally and in writing).
• You have project management and consultancy experience, but also knowledge of HR and organizational changes (such as culture processes, redevelopment issues, reorganisations, outsourcing processes, mergers) and/or expertise in HR Shared Service Centers;
• You have up-to-date knowledge of HR themes and HR trends and know how to translate this into concrete HR solutions: experience with the implementation of HR technology (eg Workday, Success Factors, ServiceNow) is a plus.
