CONSULTANT - PROCUREMENT & VALUE CREATION (UK) 

At any time, permanent contract, on-site with our clients during the week or virtually

As one of our Consultants, you will work closely with clients to deliver procurement excellence projects across range of our services. You should be confident working on your own, thrive in a team environment and should relish a big challenge. Most of all, you’ll need to be energetic and highly motivated with the passion to achieve outstanding results. You will be required to:

• Actively listen to clients and support their issues
• Engage with clients at different levels as needed
• Manage your own work and deliverables in line with project objectives and budgets
• Demonstrate initiative
• Create high quality outputs
• Communicate clearly and have high professional standards
• Have strong analytical capability to solve business problems
• Reach solid and justifiable conclusions
• Undertake work in an accurate and robust way, clearly documenting assumptions
• Recognise and highlight inconsistencies in data
• Transfer skills, experience, and knowledge to colleagues

Our Consultants bring a range of skills to the H&Z team. Ideally you will have:

• An excellent degree
• Career experience within procurement and/or consultancy
• Strong analytical skills
• Passion for solving complex problems
• Clear understanding of technical issues
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Great people skills and able to work hard as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Fluent in English, with another language as an advantage
