Your role:
As a successful Senior Consultant, you will be part of our strategic plan to expand our risk management services in Scandinavia. In the new Stockholm office you will be working closely with your colleagues, also those in other Zanders offices, in developing new business and deliver high-quality advisory services.

- You will collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex challenges and develop practical models for our clients.
- As a member of a global team, you will have cooperation with your colleagues in Scandinavia and other Zanders offices to strengthen our Nordics business line.
- Foster a supportive environment by assisting and mentoring less experienced colleagues in your area of expertise.
Skills to be successful:
- A Master’s degree in Econometrics or a similar quantitative study.
- 3-5+ years of experience in the field of Asset & Liability Management and Banking Book risk management within financial institutions or consulting firms.
- Financial risk management with a quantitative background in asset-liability-management (ALM), model risk, market risk and interest rate risk (IRRBB).
- Familiarity with current market practices, regulations such as EBA Guidelines, and emerging industry trends.
- Proficiency in programming tools such as Python, MATLAB, SAS, R, and strong Excel skills for model building.
- Innovative and analytical thinking to develop creative and effective solutions.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
We offer:
- A hybrid work environment, that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
- Participation in the Zanders bonus scheme.

- An entrepreneurial culture that values personal development, with ample room for initiatives.
- Expertise in your chosen field, building skills rapidly alongside diverse clients and consultants.
- A truly collegiate environment with enthusiastic and helpful colleagues, fostering career excellence in Treasury, Risk or Technology.
- An international and fun working environment.
- Cultural night events, annual Zanders's trip to a (surprise) location in Europe and many more exciting experiences to come!
