- Follow up CRM monthly planning and detecting new opportunities or blockers.
- Supporting optimisation of email and automated communication flows and advising with insights in timing, targeting and content.
- Conducting A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitoring campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and providing regular reports.
- Understanding of Google Analytics and CRM campaign tools.
- Analytical ability to interpret data and drive decision making.
- Good oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
- Multi-tasking mindset to manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- 4+ years experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing CRM strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related.
- Proactive, self-starter and a team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.
