Are you passionate about business analytics and Salesforce, looking for a dynamic and rewarding career? If so, you might be the Manager we are looking for! As part of our advisory service team, you will provide first-class service and advice to our clients in projects.
- Help our clients to drive the adoption, configuration, and iteration of the Salesforce platform, improving business processes, data use and efficiency.
- Analyze business processes, understand technical requirements and Salesforce solutions, and be part of consulting projects.
- Provide coaching in Salesforce administration and implementation.
- At least 5 years working on Salesforce implementation and CRM process design and implementation.
- Experience will cover service, marketing and sales Salesforce modules. Knowledge in Salesforce Data Cloud will be a plus.
- Additionally, the candidate will have to prove Data Modelling capabilities and specific references in Customer Data Models definition and implementation.
- Fluent in local language(s) and English.
- Business analytics studies (master) or a technical grade is required.
