Your role:

As a Zanders Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading treasury technology implementations. Your primary goal will be to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the agreed scope, while delivering the expected outcomes efficiently.

You will manage Treasury Management System (TMS) implementations from start to finish, providing leadership and keeping the project on track for successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead TMS implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget, while meeting all functional and quality requirements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, and track financials (actuals vs. forecasts).
  • Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Establish effective project governance to enable timely decisions with key stakeholders.
  • Manage scope changes through a change control process during implementations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative relationship and serving as the escalation point for project-related issues.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to keep the project within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Provide regular status updates to clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Create and maintain thorough project documentation, ensuring necessary approvals are obtained.

Skills to be successful:

  • Experience implementing various Treasury Management Systems (TMS), such as Kyriba, FIS Quantum (formerly SunGard), SAP Treasury and Risk Management, ION Treasury, Reval (part of ION Treasury), GTreasury, Openlink, Bellin tm5, Treasura, Coupa Treasury, Broadridge, and Murex.
  • Previous experience in consulting, particularly in treasury consulting, is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Project management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM) are advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients at all levels, even in challenging situations.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
