Ernst Heins and Erald Kahmann join HKA's Dutch team
HKA has bolstered its freshly launched Dutch office with the hire of two senior experts.
Ernst Heins and Erald Kahmann have both been appointed Associate Directors at HKA, arriving hot on the heels of the global consultancy launching its inaugural office in the Netherlands. The new base in Rotterdam is the firm’s ninth in Europe, and will serve the markets of the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.
HKA has been serving clients in the Benelux region since its inception in 2017. Together with partners Mark Castell and Charles Wilsoncroft, Heins and Kahmann have been tasked with building out the firm’s position in the market.
Ernst Heins has over 25 years of experience, gained with engineering groups, builders and contractors, and consulting firms. He has worked on projects in Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, in sectors including energy, chemicals, infrastructure, public transport, marine, and commercial real estate.
Erald Kahmann has over 20 years of experience in the world of project management, with a focus on the energy sector. He has experience advising across tendering, commercial management, fabrication, transport, and installation. Over the past years, he has worked on some of the largest offshore wind developments in the region.
Both professionals have joined HKA from industry counterpart Driver Trett.
