BrazilACE adds experienced professionals to consulting team
Dutch consultancy firm ACE has strengthened its team with two new hires: Lianda Leeggangers and Katharina Ortlepp.
Both Lianda Leeggangers and Katharina Ortlepp join ACE’s consulting practice, and both also cross from the banking industry where they worked in areas of finance, regulatory, risk, and the delivery of complex change.
At ACE, Lianda and Katharina will advise the firm’s clients in the financial services industry on adapting to new regulations and directives – ACE’s key area of expertise, with its offering spanning from strategy through to execution.
Appointed a Manager, Lianda brings two decades of experience to her new role, all of which she gained at Rabobank. She has expertise in risk management, governance, credit and operational risk, capital markets, as well as change management.
In her more recent roles at Rabobank, Lianda was a Senior Risk Officer focused on enhancing risk management across the business including in sustainable finance and securitisation products, and was Project Manager for the implementation of a new Treasury blueprint and system.
Commenting on her move into consulting and ACE, Lianda said: “After spending time at a large organisation, I was keen to be part of a team in a more boutique environment, without losing my connection for financial services and an international working environment. ACE brings all of these aspects together.”
Coming on board as a Senior Consultant, Katharina has over eight years of experience in the financial services industry. Most recently serving Swiss giant Credit Suisse (now part of UBS), she worked as a Senior Product Manager for a number of investment solutions and led the roll-out of new regulatory change and compliance initiatives. She has strong knowledge of IT implementation and the integration of the change into the daily business.
