Virginie Gasnier joins Debt Advisory practice of Alvarez & Marsal

Alvarez & Marsal has strengthened its French team with Virginie Gasnier, who joins the Debt Advisory practice.

Appointed a Managing Director in Paris, Virginie Gasnier brings around two decades of experience in debt advisory and financial transactions to the global consulting firm.

Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, she was a Managing Director at Natixis Partners focused on mid-market transactions. Before that, she worked in the Private Debt team at Blackrock and as a Managing Director in Structured Finance at BNP Paribas for more than 12 years.

As a fluent French and Spanish speaker, Gasnier will work closely across Alvarez & Marsal’S offices in Paris, Geneva, Madrid and Barcelona. She will spearhead the Debt Advisory team’s expansion in these geographies, supporting both financial sponsors and corporates with their debt financing requirements.
