Eraneos appoints Dutchman Stefan Tijsinger as new CFO
Eraneos has appointed the Dutchman Stefan Tijsinger as its new chief financial officer.
Stefan Tijsinger is an experienced finance and digitalization professional with extensive expertise in controlling, accounting, risk & compliance, treasury, and mergers & acquisitions. He has been working in the finance functions of professional services firms his entire career, including at Ordina (Sopra Steria) and Xebia.
Tijsinger joins from Xebia, where he spent the past two years as CFO and member of the board.
At Eraneos, Tijsinger succeeds Uwe Schiller and will report to chief executive officer, Oliver Vaterlaus.
“With his profile, Stefan is an excellent fit for Eraneos and our strategic focus. Not only does he have extensive experience as CFO, he also has in-depth knowledge of how to manage an international consulting group in such a way as to maximize customer benefit. I am convinced that he will be a valuable addition to our team,” Vaterlaus said.
With over 1,000 consultants across offices in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Austria, China, Singapore, and United States, Eraneos is one of the larger international management and technology consulting companies. The firm last year grew by 17% to hit revenues of over €260 million.
Alongside leading the finance function and investor relations, Tijsinger will also play a role in the further expansion plans of Eraneos, which includes potential M&A activities.
