Oliver Wyman hires partners Sebastian Maus and Markus Schebitz
Global management consulting firm Oliver Wyman has welcomed two new partners in Germany: Sebastian Maus and Markus Schebitz.
Sebastian Maus has more than 20 years of experience in the payments sector. He advises banks, payment service providers, acquirers, merchants, corporates, card organizations, and payment schemes in Europe and a number of international markets.
His functional focus ranges from strategy development, growth initiatives, and new business models to digitalization and transformation programs. He also supports cost and efficiency programs as well as pre- and post-merger situations.
Maus previously worked as a partner at strategy firm Roland Berger, where he latterly led the firm’s Payments practice.
Markus Schebitz has been advising companies on improving the performance of their supply chains for over 20 years. His expertise ranges from global procurement transformations to the design of digital operating models and the development of complex cost management strategies such as zero-based budgeting.
At Oliver Wyman, he leads the German procurement capability within the Operations practice.
Schebitz previously worked as managing director and partner at Accenture, where he was responsible for sourcing and procurement. Before that, he held various senior roles at Siemens and Fujitsu.
