EY-Parthenon adds Christian Wilkens and Maximilian Dressler
EY-Parthenon, the strategy consulting arm of EY, has welcomed two new partners to its practice in Germany.
Christian Wilkens has been appointed a partner in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice of EY-Parthenon. He has around 15 years of consulting experience, most recently serving Strategy& as a partner. Before that, he spent eleven years at IQVIA, latterly as head of its advisory team.
At EY-Parthenon, Wilkens advises life sciences companies on topics including business strategies, performance improvement, and transformation in the areas of commercial, medical and research.
Maximilian Dressler is a partner in EY-Parthenon’s Turnaround & Restructuring Strategy practice. The qualified lawyer, who began his career as a lawyer in insolvency administration, advises clients on insolvency, restructuring, and the operational implementation of insolvency proceedings.
Dressler joins EY-Parthenon from Roland Berger, where he was a partner since 2021. Previously, he spent seven years at PwC in its restructuring team supporting distressed companies and lenders.
The pair brings the number of new partner hires at EY-Parthenon in Germany to nine in the current financial year.
