PMP Strategy appoints three new partners in Europe

PMP Strategy has appointed three new partners lifting its partner team to over 20 for the first time since its inception in some twenty years ago.

Paris-headquartered PMP Strategy has celebrated strong growth across its footprint worldwide with the additions of thee members to its partner team.

Cyril Gay Belan has been hired as a partner in home market France, Victor Magny and Reef Read have been promoted to partner in the Benelux and the United Kingdom. PMP Strategy now has 21 partners, they lead a team of 150 consultants.

Cyril Gay Belan has re-joined PMP Strategy, bringing a long career in strategy consulting and industry to the firm. He is a member of the Financial Services, Private Equity and Operational Excellence practices.

After starting his career in the financial services industry working for Marsh & McLennan in Asia and in Spain, and Groupama in France, Belan worked at leading strategy consulting firms Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, and Monitor Deloitte. In 2018, he joined KPMG to set up its strategy consulting arm in France.

Victor Magny joined PMP Strategy in 2015 after a stint in investment banking, and has since grown into a seasoned consultant in its Telecommunications, Media & Technology practice. He specialises in helping telecommunications providers on how to define and implement their strategy, and investment funds with their mergers & acquisitions.

Magny leads the Benelux office of PMP Strategy, which delivers projects in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Reef Read joined the PMP Strategy team in 2016 and has been a vital force in the company’s development in the UK market. A member of the Telecommunications, Media & Technology practice, Read is a specialist in digital infrastructure, media, and disruptive technologies.

Before joining PMP Strategy, Read was a Senior Consultant at Oliver & Ohlbaum Associates, a London-based boutique consultancy to the media and entertainment sectors.
