Bruno Schenk new leader of Wipro's Swiss business

Global IT consulting and technology services company Wipro has installed Bruno Schenk at the helm of its Swiss business.

Bruno Schenk brings over 25 years of experience across various industries and regions to Wipro, with a deep understanding of how to leverage the power of data and technology to create value, innovation, and growth.

Commenting on his new role, Schenk said: “I’m delighted to be joining Wipro at an important time in their journey. I look forward to help boost the firm’s growth in Switzerland and realize the digital transformation ambitions of our clients.”

Previously, Schenk was the CEO of Eviden in Switzerland, where he led a team of experts in delivering data-driven, trusted, and sustainable digital transformation to clients. Earlier he held leadership roles at Atos, Zühlke, and Ericsson, among others.

Now at Wipro, he leads a team of around 400 staff that deliver digital advisory and technology services to clients across sectors. Schenk succeeds René Mulder, who has decided to pursue opportunities outside Wipro.

Earlier this year, Wipro’s Swiss business was named a top employer by Great Place to Work.
