Strategy& adds Till Giese as partner to Pharma & Life Sciences team

Strategy& has appointed Germany-based Till Giese as a partner in its Pharma & Life Sciences division.

Operating out of Hamburg, the 42-year old Till Giese brings over 15 years of experience in strategy development, strategy implementation, digitization, operational excellence, research & development, and industry 4.0 to Strategy&.

Giese has extensive experience advising clients in the pharmaceutical and life science sectors, as well as healthcare, and chemicals. He has advised a diverse range of clients both internationally and in Germany.

His track record includes supporting the European growth strategy development and implementation for an Italian MedTech company, helping a French pharma company drive its industry 4.0 strategy, and advising a German hospital on a performance improvement program.

Giese joins Strategy& from Porsche Consulting, where he spent over ten years, growing the ranks to associate partner. Before that, he worked for 3con Management Consultants, and was a researcher and lecturer at the Technical University of Munich.
