Strategy& promotes four members to partnership in Germany

Global strategy consulting firm Strategy& has appointed four new partners in its German team.

Manuel Meske is a partner in the Public Sector practice. He is an expert in organizational strategy and operating model transformation within the public health industry, with a particular emphasis on cost reduction, process optimization, digitization, and AI strategies.

Meske advises national and international ministries, public institutions, public and private health insurances, health regulators, and IT service providers across Europe and the Middle East.

Lucas Sy is an expert in sovereign cloud and cyber strategies. Based in Berlin, he is also is a member of the Public Sector practice. With over ten years of consulting experience and 12 years as a cyber strategy officer in the German Armed Forces, Sy primarily advises government, defense, and IT organizations.

Birger Steinmeier is a member of the Industrial Products practice, specializing in highly engineered products within the machinery and equipment sector.

As co-leader of the supply chain management competence team, Steinmeier advises medium-sized companies and large enterprises across Europe with a focus on strategic operations transformation, supply chain enhancement and product cost optimization programs.

Florian Stürmer is a partner in the Digital and Technology Strategy, and Industrial Products practices. He is an expert in developing digital strategies, creating next-generation digital operating models, and leading large-scale digital and IT transformations. Florian primarily serves clients in the aerospace and defense, automotive, and industrial manufacturing industries.

Stürmer started his career in 2007at Booz Allen Hamilton, which later on became Booz & Company (in Europe) and Strategy& around a decade ago.
