Bain & Company adds new partners in Germany and Switzerland
In its mid-year promotion round, Bain & Company has elevated six new members to its partnership in Germany and Switzerland.
In Switzerland, the global strategy consulting firm welcomed Omar Chaudhry, Tanja Frohn, and Stefano Gallazzi to its partnership. All three are based out of Zurich.
Meanwhile, in Germany – Bain & Company’s largest market in mainland Europe – the firm welcomed Michael Höning (Düsseldorf), Dominic Seeberger (Frankfurt) and Holger Kömm (Munich) to its partner team.
Omar Chaudhry has been with Bain & Company since 2016 and is a member of the Private Equity practice, with a focus primarily on the industrial goods and services industry.
Chaudhry has extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions, due diligence reviews and value creation plans. He also advises clients on business strategies and international expansion plans.
Tanja Frohn is a member of the Industrial Goods & Services, Strategy and Customer Experience practices. She began her career at Bain & Company in 2013, currently focusing on corporate strategy, transformations and commercial excellence. Her work mainly covers the areas of industrial and building automation, logistics and the service sector.
Stefano Gallazzi has been with the strategy consulting firm since 2013 and is a member of the Consumer Goods practice. He specializes in growth strategies, with in-depth expertise particularly in marketing and commercial excellence. In addition, he has expertise in marketing transformation, category and channel strategies, and operating model re-design.
Michael Höning has been with Bain & Company since 2015 and is a member of the Industrial Goods & Services practice. He has during his career worked with numerous leading companies in the automotive, metal, aerospace and defense sectors. His consulting wok focuses on strategy development, business transformation and research & development operating models.
Dominic Seeberger began his career at Bain & Company in 2012 and is a member of the Industrial Goods & Services practice. He specializes in advising companies in the mechanical engineering and mobility sectors, as well as financial investors active in the space. His work focuses primarily on business strategies, value creation, performance improvement, and advanced analytics.
Holger Kömm, appointed an expert partner, is a member of the Advanced Analytics practice and focuses on data-driven projects. He is an expert in the areas of data transformations, forecasting, pricing, product and sales planning, and marketing analytics. Before joining Bain & Company in 2021, Kömm worked as Senior Director in Advanced Analytics at an international sports brand.
