Yannis Skiadas joins Insurance practice of financial services consultancy Capco

Global consulting firm Capco has appointed Yannis Skiadas as Sales Lead for its Insurance practice across Continental Europe.

Based out of Zurich, Yannis Skiadas will focus on accelerating the growth of Capco’s Insurance practice across the firm’s European footprint, excluding the UK market.

Skiadas brings 24 years of international experience in the insurance industry to Capco, gained both in commercial and personal lines of business. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and a Member of the Supervisory Board at Monument Re in Belgium. He was also the Group Transformation and Integration Officer of Athora and a member of the Supervisory Board of its German business unit.

Prior to these roles, Skiadas spent several years with Zurich Insurance Group, where he held several roles, including Head of Agents Services, Chief Financial Officer France, Global CFO Corporate Life & Pensions, and Head of the Group Digital Factory. Earlier in his career, he was CFO at Switzerland-based Paris Re.
