Michiel Jorna joins leadership team of process management consultancy MLC
Dutch management consulting firm MLC has welcomed Michiel Jorna to its team in the role of Managing Director.
With more than 20 years of experience in the consulting and technology sector under his belt, Michiel Jorna is brings a wealth of expertise in business process management to MLC. The 47-year-old most recently spent 12 years at Software AG, where he started as a consultant and then went on to hold several leadership roles in its Dutch business. Between 2018 and late 2023, he served as Director of its Transformation Solutions practice for Asia Pacific, based out of Hong Kong.
Earlier in his career, he worked five years as a consultant at IDS Scheer (now Scheer), a company that provides platforms and solutions for business process management. Prior to that, he worked as an internal advisor at ING.
“I’m passionate to help organizations gain greater end-to-end visibility of operations and the transparency needed to make impactful, future-proof business decisions,” said Jorna.
“Technology plays a key role in this but technology in itself is not going to do the trick. Being able to leverage technology to transform and optimize the operating model and deliver on fast changing customer needs is what organisations require. Based out of Leusden, MLC specialises in the transformation of business processes, with a focus on clients in the financial services, social housing, manufacturing, and government sectors. The firm is part of IG&H, one of the larger management consulting firms in the Netherlands.
