Elite HubSpot consultancies Invise, Trialta and Webs join forces
Three consulting firms specialised in HubSpot technology – Invise, Trialta and Webs – have merged to form a 140-person powerhouse in the landscape.
All three firms specialise in digital transformation and agency services in the marketing, sales and CRM domains, with a focus on the HubSpot platform (all three are Elite HubSpot Partners).
HubSpot is one of the world’s most popular platforms to run and enhance operations in customer relationship management, marketing, sales, and customer service. The platform is used vastly by mid-market and small companies, with Salesforce often too expensive or generic for their needs.
The largest of the three merging consultancies, Sweden-based Invise, is an IT consultancy with over 70 staff operating out of Stockholm. Invise was founded in 2013 and provides its clients with HubSpot consulting and implementation expertise. The firm also has a suite of digital agency services, including inbound marketing and search engine optimisation.
Germany-based Trialta has been implementing HubSpot solutions since 2013. The firm has a team of around 30 staff and serves clients across the DACH region through its offices in Nuremberg and Regensburg.
Netherlands-based Webs is a full-service HubSpot partner with around 40 staff. The firm was founded in 2014 and has over the years bagged multiple HubSpot Partner Awards.
Pan-European growth ambition
Together with Oak Tree Hill Capital, which has taken an unknown stake in the merged group, the three firms aim to grow into the “leading HubSpot platform” in Europe. Their combined revenues currently stand at €20 million.
Camilla Agardh and Fredrik Fernström, founders of Invise, stated: “This collaboration lets us preserve our unique DNA while adding the international power needed to serve our high-performing clients. Together, we’ll achieve more and provide a leading partner for customer engagement on the HubSpot platform.”
Camiel Freriks and Emiel Kanters, co-founders of Webs, stated: “This collaboration brings us to the forefront of the European market, uniting the champions league of HubSpot partners under one banner.”
Adriano Tagliarina, CEO of Trialta, meanwhile highlighted the benefits for employees. “We are excited to provide our team with new growth opportunities. This step aligns with our commitment to excellence and innovation.”
