EY-Parthenon names Holger Schmidt as leader of German Life Sciences practice

EY-Parthenon has appointed Holger Schmidt as the new leader of its Life Sciences practice in Germany.

Holger Schmidt has more than 20 years of consulting experience, mainly focused on strategy, mergers & acquisitions, digitization and data strategy, go-to-market and commercials, and research & development services. He has worked with the majority of the top 20 pharmaceutical and biotech companies in Europe and beyond.

At EY-Parthenon, Schmidt has been appointed as leader of its Life Sciences team in Germany, which services the entire spectrum of strategic sectors. He leads of team of twelve partners in Germany and a group of 100+ consultants.

Schmidt joins from Strategy&, where he worked for 20 years and was a partner and practice leader of its Pharma & Life Sciences business. “I’m excited to help shape EY-Parthenon’s path to becoming a leading strategy consultancy in the life sciences sector, offering clients the full spectrum of expertise with an international team of top specialists.”
