FTI-Andersch welcomes Fabian Binöder as managing director

Fabian Binöder has joined FTI-Andersch – the German business of FTI Consulting – in the role of Managing Director.

In his new role, Fabian Binöder will lead the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice of FTI-Andersch, and focus on the continued expansion of FTI-Andersch in the German market.

FTI-Andersch was founded in 2019 when global player FTI Consulting acquired Andersch, which at that time was one of Germany’s leading restructuring consultancy firms. Since then, FTI-Andersch has widened its portfolio to also offer services in business transformation and mergers & acquisitions.

Binöder will focus specifically on two areas. In the area of restructuring, he will help nursing homes, outpatient service providers and other healthcare institutions with overcoming financial challenges. He also will support clients with transactions, with FTI-Andersch typically involved in the financial due diligence, as well as pre-deal advisory work.

Prior to joining FTI-Andersch, Binöder worked at EY-Parthenon, where he led the healthcare consulting business in the DACH region. He was also part of the EMEA-wide management team of the Healthcare industry group. Before that, he spent several years as a partner in a boutique consulting firm specializing in the healthcare market.
