DGA Group buys French crisis management firm EH&A Consulting

US-headquartered advisory firm DGA Group has strengthened its footprint in the French market with the acquisition of EH&A Consulting, a crisis management specialist operating out of Paris.

Established in 2015, EH&A Consulting is a boutique consulting firm specialised in crisis management, offering advisory, communications, public relations, and governance services. The firm helps clients in crisis situations with managing the crisis, preserving their reputation, and engaging with stakeholders.

“This acquisition marks a continuation of DGA Group’s expansion in France,” said Erwann Le Page, Partner and Head of France at DGA Group. “The joining of forces sees us combine DGA Group’s legacy strength in public affairs with EH&A Consulting’s expertise in crisis preparedness planning and management.“

The deal will see EH&A Consulting continue to operate under its current brand, ensuring continuity for its clients. The firm will though leverage the broader resources and expertise of DGA Group, and relocate its team to DGA Group’s offices on Boulevard Malesherbes.
