BrazilKienbaum expands into Italian market with addition of Human Value
International HR advisory and executive search firm Kienbaum has expanded into the Italian market with the addition of Human Value to its network.
Operating with four offices across Italy, in Milan, Rome, Bologna and Padua, Human Value is a boutique business specialising in executive search, leadership and team assessment, as well as HR consulting services including human capital advisory, organizational development and HR transformation. The consulting firm has a team of around 20 staff.
As part of the integration, Human Value will rebrand as Kienbaum, with managing partner Fabio Ciarapica remaining at the helm of the Italian business.

Headquartered in Germany, Kienbaum now has around 650 staff working from 20+ offices on four continents – North America, South America, Asia and Europe. The ambition of the company, which was founded over 75 years ago, is to grow into a network with a presence across all corners of the globe, and establish itself as a leading global player in the human resources landscape.
