IMPROVED Corporate Finance appoints Mark Joseph as Non-Executive Chairman
IMPROVED Corporate Finance, a boutique M&A consultancy that supports deals across Europe, has appointed Mark Joseph as Non-Executive Chairman.
In his role as Non-Executive Chairman, Mark Joseph will work closely with the senior team – including Executive Chairman Frank Verbeek and Managing Partners Bas Hendriks, Marlon Brand, and Daniel Lyons – to further expand the firm’s footprint in its areas of focus.
Headquartered in the Netherlands, IMPROVED Corporate Finance provides support in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, serving entrepreneurs, investors and corporates. The firm, which has around 20 staff, is dedicated to three sectors: technology, energy and mobility.

Joseph has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation and energy sectors across the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, and South America. Prior to his venture into advisory, he served as CEO for Veolia Transportation and Transdev for the LATAM and UK & Ireland markets, and as the Chief Commercial Officer for the Transdev Group. He spent a total of fifteen years at Transdev Group, also leading the company’s North American business.

Alongside his role at IMPROVED Corporate Finance, Joseph is Founder and CEO at Mobitas Advisors, where he supports mobility and energy tech pioneers with commercial, strategic and financial advisory services. He also sits on a number of other boards.
