Nadja Pröwer leads Turner & Townsend’s enlarged business in Austria

Global professional services company Turner & Townsend has appointed Nadja Pröwer as its new Business Unit Lead for Austria.
Nadja Pröwer brings over 24 years of experience in the real estate sector to her new role. Having spent over a dozen years at Drees & Sommer, including serving as its Managing Director for Austria, Pröwer joined CBRE late 2021, where she was installed as the leader of its Project Management business for Austria and Central and Eastern Europe.
Following the integration of CBRE’s Project Management arm into Turner & Townsend, which closed last month, Pröwer has now assumed responsibility for the joint business, which is roughly double the size.
“I look forward to leading our combined business in Austria ensuring all of our clients continue to receive a seamless service while providing an offer that is now unmatched in terms of scale and breadth of capability. From small office fit-outs to large real estate developments and infrastructure projects, our range of expertise is broad and diverse, allowing us to offer tailored support to both our Austrian and international clients,” she said.
Pröwer succeeds Matthias Prichzi (who led Turner & Townsend’s business in Austria for three years) and will report to Bettina Würfel, who last year was named Managing Director of Germany and Austria.
Globally, Turner & Townsend has over 22,000 people in 60+ countries. The consulting firm works on projects in the built environment, with a focus on the real estate, infrastructure, energy and natural resources sectors.
