Valerio Di Filippo leads Bain’s Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in EMEA

Bain & Company has appointed Valerio Di Filippo as the new leader of its Healthcare & Life Sciences practice in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
A partner in the Rome office of Bain & Company, Valerio Di Filippo is a 25-year veteran of the strategy consulting firm. He works working with shareholders, senior executives and private equity funds to address their most pressing strategic issues, specializing in strategic planning, research & development, organization, operating model, go-to-market strategy, business development and mergers & acquisitions.
Di Filippo has wealth of experience working across the full pharmaceutical value chain and within all the other main healthcare sectors – including distributors, private hospitals, and medtech.

Valerio Di Filippo, who succeeds Paris-based Loïc Plantevin, earned a degree in Business Administration at the La Sapienza University in Rome.
