Daniel Soujon joins leadership team of digital strategy consultancy OMMAX

German digital strategy consultancy OMMAX has appointed Daniel Soujon as Managing Partner and as its new Chief Technology Officer.
In the role, Daniel Soujon will focus on building out OMMAX’s position in the digital consulting space, with the firm specializing in three lines of business: mergers & acquisitions (commercial, digital and technology due diligence), digital advisory (strategy and execution), and data and AI (transformation and implementation).
Since its founding in 2011, OMMAX has delivered over 2,500+ projects for companies and investors in 50+ countries, and expanded its footprint to three offices in Germany (Berlin, Hamburg and Munich) and one in the United Kingdom (London). The consulting firm has around 300 consultants.
Soujon’s remit includes scaling the company’s technology expertise in high-demand areas such as artificial intelligence, industry of things, and machine learning; deepening the firm’s networks with key customers; and expanding its portfolio of digital products, which complement its advisory services on engagements.

Soujon arrives at OMMAX with two decades of experience. He most recently served Henkel, where he was a Vice President in its Adhesive Technologies division focused on new business development and mergers & acquisitions. Earlier, he spent fifteen years at Siemens, where he held senior roles in its Industrial Automation business, but also spent years as a partner in its management consulting business.
Throughout his career, Soujon has gained extensive expertise in topic such as digital transformation, service digitalization, industrial operations, AI-driven business model innovation, and digital business building.
