Simon-Kucher promotes Patrick Valentin to partner

Global management consulting firm Simon-Kucher has promoted Patrick Valentin to partner in its German business.
Patrick Valentin has been part of Simon-Kucher for eleven years and is a member of the firm’s Automotive practice. He has extensive expertise in helping automotive companies enhance their commercial strategies, boost their aftersales, grow fleet management solutions, and develop new mobility solutions, with a focus on original equipment manufacturers and the automotive retail segment.
Additionally, Valentin helps automotive groups gain an integral perspective on their customers and maximise the lifetime value of their vehicles, for both new and used cars.
“The automotive sector is experiencing profound change: electromobility, autonomous driving and sustainable mobility solutions are shaping the future of the industry,” said Valentin. “That means that companies are facing new challenges as well as new opportunities. At Simon-Kucher, we help our customers achieve more growth and innovation. As a partner, I look forward to continuing that mission.”
Antoine Weill, partner at Simon-Kucher, said: “The appointment of Patrick as partner is an important milestone for our team. His expertise and commitment to our customers will help us to further expand our position as a leading consultancy for the automotive industry and enable us to provide even better support to our customers.”
Last month, Simon-Kucher also promoted Markus Goller and José von Roth to its partner team in Germany.
