EFESO Management Consultants transitions to unified brand in DACH markets

EFESO Management Consultants has completed a brand harmonisation campaign in the DACH region, unifying its different brands in the region to its company-wide name.

Following years of expansion and acquisitions in the markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, EEFESO Management Consultants up until this week was operating in the DACH region with five brands: its own brand, as well as ROI-EFESO, TSETINIS-EFESO, CZIPIN-EFESO and AIONEERS-EFESO.

ROI-EFESO was launched in 2019 when EFESO acquired German consulting firm ROI, which at the time of the joining of forces had a team of 120 consultants. ROI-EFESO was a regional leader in topics such as production, operations, engineering and supply chain in the manufacturing sector.

TSETINIS-EFESO was formed following the acquisition of Tsetinis Consulting, which closed in 2023. TSETINIS-EFESO was a specialist consultancy in performance improvement and operational excellence, with a focus on the automotive and industrial sector. The firm had offices in the DACH region and North America.

The smallest of the four brands, CZIPIN-EFESO was incepted in 2021, following the bolt-on of Vienna-based Czipin. CZIPIN-EFESO focused on productivity improvement in the (heavy) manufacturing space, serving clients mainly in Austria.

AIONEERS-EFESO meanwhile was concepted last year on the back of the purchase of the consulting team of Aioneers. AIONEERS-EFESO had deep expertise in supply chain capabilities, and also offered its award-winning AIO Supply Chain Command Center solution to manufacturers and industrial groups.

A single brand

Having now completed the brand transitions, leaders of EFESO Management Consultants said that the single brand in the region will strengthen the firm’s positioning in the market, and cement its status as a leading global management consultancy. The move will also facilitate a more rounded and end-to-end offering in the area of operations strategy and performance improvement.

DACH is one of the most important regions for EFESO Management Consultants, which has over 1,000 staff working from 35 offices around the world. The firm, which is backed by private equity, is headquartered in Paris.
