Accuracy makes senior appointments in Paris and Milan offices

International consulting firm Accuracy has made three senior appointments in its Paris and Milan offices.

Julien Baudinaud

Office: Paris
Role: Partner

Julien Baudinaud has over fifteen years of professional experience, combining consulting and corporate roles. He spent six years in the finance department of a large French listed corporation, where he developed expertise in M&A processes, financial planning and analysis, transformation and change management, and served as chief financial officer.

During his nine years at Accuracy, Julien has been involved in over 80 engagements, building deep expertise in assisting large corporations in complex situations, as well as in financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation. He has developed a strong focus on infrastructure investments, advising corporates and infrastructure funds on their projects and investment strategies.

Abel Perea Burrel

Role: Partner

Abel Perea Burrel has experience in corporate strategy and transaction advisory services. He held various positions within L’Oréal Group before joining Accuracy in 2019. Abel has completed various strategic and financial engagements in the context of acquisition/divestiture processes, strategic plan definition and business plan modelling, on behalf of large public companies and medium-sized companies, investment funds and corporate venture capital.

At Accuracy, Abel is involved in engagements covering a variety of sectors, such as retail, luxury and manufacturing. He has developed extensive expertise in the consumer goods industry, especially cosmetics.

Steve Molloy

Office: Milan
Role: Principal

Steve Molloy has extensive experience in corporate investigations, particularly those involving big data, technology, and electronic devices. He specialises in forensic technology and regularly leads investigative engagements involving forensic computing, data analytics, cybersecurity, and eDiscovery.

Since joining Accuracy in 2018, Steve has supported clients across numerous countries and contexts, including internal corporate inquiries, multinational regulatory investigations, and data governance matters. Prior to Accuracy, he worked at Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where he gained significant experience managing global forensic and cybersecurity matters.

Founded in 2004, Accuracy currently has around 90 partners and a team of more than 750 employees across offices in 14 countries. The company is headquartered in France.
