BrazilGrigori Bokeria leads Simon-Kucher in Central & Northern Europe
Global strategy consultancy Simon-Kucher has appointed Grigori Bokeria as its new Managing Partner for Central & Northern Europe.
Grigori Bokeria is a long-time company member of the commercial growth-focused consulting firm – he has been with Simon-Kucher since 2007, and became a partner nine years later. Bokeria focuses on projects in the technology, engineering, electronics and automation sectors.
Prior to stepping up to his new role, Bokeria headed the Technology & Industrials practice in the DACH region and was most recently Global Co-Head of the Industrials sector.
In his new position, Bokeria will lead Simon-Kucher’s offices and team in Central Europe, which includes its powerhouse markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland, but also Poland, as well as in Northern Europe, which spans markets such as Denmark, Sweden and Norway.
He succeeds Gunnar Clausen, who at the start of this year was appointed as co-CEO of the consultancy together with Jörg Krütten. “Grigori has been an indispensable part of our company since 2007 and is highly respected by customers, the team and the partnership,” said Clausen. “With his extensive commercial expertise and leadership experience, he will make a decisive contribution to further expanding our success in Central and Northern Europe.”
Speaking about his ambitions, Bokeria said he will seek to expand Simon-Kucher’s core competencies such as growth strategy, sales, pricing, commercial excellence and monetization, grow the suite of software products and AI solutions, and boost its advisory work in the area of mergers & acquisitions and transaction services – both for strategic buyers and financial sponsors.
Globally, Simon-Kucher has over 2,000 staff. The firm is recognized by several rankings as one of the leading players in its fields of expertise.
