Strategy& appoints Juliane Kaden-Botha and Alexander Reitmann as partners

Global strategy consulting firm Strategy& has appointed two new partners in its Deals practice in Germany.

Juliane Kaden-Botha has over 20 years of international experience in strategy, corporate finance, and transaction advisory services. She specializes in commercial due diligence, M&A strategy, post-merger integration, and business transformation, with a particular focus on the technology as well as retail and consumer sectors.

Kaden-Botha provides strategic guidance to corporate clients, private equity firms, and organizations in the retail and consumer, as well as technology sectors in relation to deal-making and growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Strategy&, she was a partner in the Deals Advisory practice of PwC, where played a key role in executing M&A transactions and driving commercial excellence for private equity and corporate clients. Before that, she led the German office of an international boutique strategy consulting firm and served as a partner at a private equity firm in the United States. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly a decade in investment banking.

Alexander Reitmann is an expert in commercial due diligence, growth and investment strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and transformation programs. He works mainly with private equity clients, with expertise in the business services, technology, and industrial goods sectors.

Prior to joining Strategy&, he served as a partner in the private equity consulting practice of goetzpartners. Before that, he worked in the Deal Advisory team of PwC.
