IMPROVED Corporate Finance appoints Ben Hill as associate partner

IMPROVED Corporate Finance has strengthened its team with Ben Hill, who joins the firm as an Associate Partner based out of Spain.

Ben Hill brings over 35 years of experience in the energy sector to the M&A consulting firms, with a focus on renewable energy and energy storage. He previously held senior roles at Tesla, where he was Vice President and led the firm’s virtual power plant and microgrid initiatives worldwide. He also was President of President for Europe, Latin America and Africa at Trina Solar, and held multiple leadership roles at BP.

Over the past five years, Hill worked as an independent board advisor and consultant, advising energy groups and high-impact ventures across North America, Europe, and Asia. He also acts as an investor.

At IMPROVED Corporate Finance, he will support the firm’s work around energy storage.
