Conclusion appoints Célia Vieira as managing director of 1,000-strong Iberia business

European IT company Conclusion has appointed Célia Vieira as managing director of its newly merged Iberia business.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, Conclusion is a group that provides a wide range of business consulting, technology and IT services, in areas such as digital transformation, cloud, enterprise applications, software development, data & artificial intelligence, and change management. The company has offices in three regions: the Benelux, DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) and Iberia (Portugal and Spain).

The firm’s footprint in Iberia was kickstarted through the acquisition of Score Conclusion in 2023, and not much later, Neotalent was also acquired (out of 20+ acquisitions the group’s largest-ever deal).

In line with the company’s growth ambition, which aims to significantly grow its business in the Iberia region as part of a wider €2 billion revenue goal by 2030, Conclusion has now brought together its two local subsidiaries under one roof. The merged Conclusion Iberia business unit, which has just over 1,000 staff, will be led by Célia Vieira, who previously led Neotalent for twenty years.

According to Verkoren, Vieira was the most natural choice to lead the Iberian team into its next growth phase. “With her extensive experience, market knowledge, and passionate leadership, she is the perfect person to strengthen our position in the Iberian market.”

Conclusion Iberia specializes in a number of services, including SAP implementation and consultancy, cloud, technology, data, and software engineering. The business also provides IT staffing and recruitment services and has a managed services arm that provides nearshore support to clients in Portugal and Spain, as well as other Conclusion clients across its footprint.
