Mount Consulting strengthens senior team with three new members

Dutch financial services consultancy firm Mount Consulting has strengthened its senior team with three new members.

Appointed a partner, Lex Dekkema brings more than three decades of financial services advisory to Mount Consulting. He previously spent almost twenty years at KPMG, including in the role of partner, and more recently was a partner at regulatory specialist ACE + Company. Earlier in his career, Dekkema worked at EY as a consultant and at Rabobank as a management trainee.

On his new challenge, he said: “Mount Consulting offers a very focused offering to risk and finance executives in financial services based on in-depth expertise and a hands-on approach. This resonates very well with clients – I’m looking forward to working together with our team and help our clients realize their goals.”

Erwin Jacobs brings more than twenty-five years of experience in the financial sector to Mount Consulting, gained both in industry and consulting. He started his career at Rabobank, after which he crossed to Delta Lloyd, where he worked as an internal business consultant. Over the next two decades, he worked for several consulting firms, including Capco, Deloitte, IBM Consulting and ACE + Company.

Appointed a director, Jacobs specializes in the alignment of strategic (IT) initiatives with business objectives, digital transformation, and IT architecture. “I am looking forward to bringing my experience to Mount Consulting and its clients.”

Lianda Leeggangers meanwhile has been appointed as a senior manager. She began her career as a risk and change manager in the banking sector, and more recently transitioned into consulting with ACE + Company. She specializes in enterprise risk, financial risk management, and the delivery of finance-driven change programs.
