Conclusion names diva-e leader Tilman Au as boss of new DACH business unit

European consulting and IT services company Conclusion has appointed Tilman Au as managing director of its newly merged DACH business.
Netherlands-headquartered Conclusion has unveiled a strong growth for the DACH market, part of its corporate strategy to grow the group into a €2 billion company by 2030. To drive this goal, the company has established a new DACH operating unit, which will oversee the current business (around €115 million) and spearhead the growth ambition.
The founding partners of Conclusion DACH are diva-e Conclusion, which was acquired in the summer of 2024 (800 staff), and Conclusion Intelligence, which was formed last year following the merger of five labels and has teams in the Netherlands and Germany. Combined, the two firms have around 900 professionals working from ten offices in the DACH region, serving more than 200 clients such as Aldi, E.ON, ZF Friedrichshafen, Bentley, Deutsche Telekom and Bertelsmann.
“With the merger with diva-e last year, we took an excellent first step toward establishing Conclusion in the DACH region. We see great potential for our services in DACH and strong interest in our entrepreneurial approach. We look forward to drive further growth,” said Engbert Verkoren, CEO of Conclusion.
Appointed to lead Conclusion DACH is Tilman Au, who has more than 25 years of experience in the digital industry. He co-founded diva-e around a decade ago, and led its evolution into one of the leading digital companies in the German market. He also led the sale to Conclusion.
Commenting on his appointment, Au said: “I am convinced of the long-term success of the Conclusion ecosystem approach. The cooperation of specialized domains creates real added value for our customers, especially in the complex digital industry. We are now transferring this approach, which has already proven successful in the Benelux countries, to the DACH region.”
“Together, we will become one of the leading IT transformation providers in Europe, and I am delighted to be able to actively shape this journey – both in the German-speaking market and as part of the international top management team.”
Founded in 1997, Conclusion provides a wide range of business consulting, technology and IT services to clients, specializing in areas such as digital transformation, cloud, enterprise applications, software development, data & artificial intelligence, and change management. The company has over 4,500 staff and offices in three regions: the Benelux, DACH (Germany, Switzerland and Austria) and Iberia (Portugal and Spain).
