Efficio promotes Adi Bijedić, Andy Craig and Murray Matheson to Director

International procurement consultancy Efficio has promoted three members of its European team to Director level.
Adi Bijedić
Based: Germany
Adi began his consulting career early as the co-founder of Düsseldorf's first student-run management consultancy, following which he built up over a decade of management consulting experience. He joined Efficio in 2018 and manages projects for clients across a broad range of industries, often within the context of private equity.
Adi specialises primarily in procurement transformation – identifying and creating long term value while ensuring the organisation is structured to achieve its strategic potential.
Andy Craig
Based: United Kingdom
Andy joined Efficio in 2014 to support Efficio’s partnership with Peel Ports in Liverpool. In 2020, he transitioned to the Public Sector practice, where he has helped build Efficio’s reputation for excellence in delivery in the United Kingdom.
He has over a decade of procurement and supply chain experience gained across several regulated industries, including Government, Healthcare, Utilities, Infrastructure, Transport and Automotive Manufacturing. Andy specialises in operational procurement and the delivery of change in the procurement function.
Murray Matheson
Based: United Kingdom
Murray joined Efficio in 2015 after previously serving Deloitte for around four years. During his time at Efficio, Murray has worked across the Middle East, New York, and London.
Murray has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain, performance improvement, cost reduction and reorganisations, working with blue chip and private equity portfolio companies. He is often involved at an early stage of transformation, co-leading the Opportunity Assessment offering of Efficio.
Global promotion round
The three European promotees are part of a 6-strong new Director cohort, alongside Ali Suddle and Mohamed Abdullah in the Middle East, and Mexico officer leader Tibor Sotkovszki.
Commenting on the promotions, Efficio’s CEO Jens Pedersen said: “Adi, Ali, Andy, Mohamed, Murray, and Tibor have each demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional results for our clients while fostering the next generation of talent within Efficio. As we continue to grow our global footprint, their leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our business.”
“Efficio remains committed to driving innovation and excellence in procurement and supply chain management. With these leadership appointments, we reinforce our position as a trusted partner to clients worldwide.”
